About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Development Representative to join our team. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for developing and managing a portfolio of key accounts, building strong relationships with new and existing partners, and driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, cold calling, and networking.
  • Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at target accounts.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales enablement programs.
  • Track and analyze sales performance metrics to inform sales strategy and optimization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales development or a related role.
  • Proven track record of success in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
