Sales Manager

Job Description:
The Sales Manager position at Sri Sai Overseas Recruitment involves procuring sales orders for coal used as raw material in B2B designated regions. This role requires a strong understanding of sales techniques and strategies, as well as proficiency in Hindi and the regional language of the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit clients located at different locations to meet sales targets.
- Communicate and implement the client's vision, mission, and overall sales direction.
- Demonstrate leadership, integrity, accountability, teamwork, and a self-directed approach toward acquiring sales orders and closing business.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Identify, select, and coordinate with potential clients through skill and network.
- Generation of leads and inquiries and identifying opportunities relevant to coal sales.
- Work closely with customer service, quality control, operations, safety, and credit.
- Do field, plant, and head office visits for the allotted client list, and execute selling parameters that conform to SMs SOPs.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: Experience of 1 to 3 years is preferable.
- Skills: Exceptional communication, interpersonal skills, strategic thinking, problem-solving abilities, negotiation and closing skills, relationship-building skills, sales pitch development, product knowledge, customer retention, perseverance, persuasion, growth mindset, app data-entry proficiency, territory management, objection management, customer relationship management.
