Job Role Overview

Seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to lead our pharmaceutical sales efforts in Gujarat. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pharma sales and a proven track record of success in the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth in the Gujarat territory.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
  • Monitor sales performance and provide regular feedback to team members.

Requirements

  • 6-13 years of experience in pharma sales.
  • Experience in Gynec, Ortho, and Gastro product lines.
  • Strong understanding of the Gujarat market and customer needs.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with pharmaceutical companies such as Zydus, Cadila, Eris, and Torrent.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
