About the Role:
The Sales Associate will handle outbound calls to existing and potential customers to promote and sell pharmaceutical products. A key aspect of this role involves maintaining strong client relationships, providing accurate product information, and achieving sales targets while supporting customer service efforts.

Responsibilities:

  • Make outgoing calls to clients to place orders and address inquiries.
  • Educate clients about product offerings, pricing, and services.
  • Achieve daily sales targets and maintain accurate records in the sales tracker.
  • Handle follow-ups and assist in customer service as needed.

Collaboration and Support:
Collaborate with the team and support the Team Leader in achieving targets. Additionally, assist in report preparation and maintain a positive team atmosphere.

Work Details:

  • Shift: UK shift aligning with UK business hours.
  • Days: 5-day work week (Monday to Friday).
  • Cab Facility: Provided for female employees (pickup and drop).

Compensation and Benefits:
Up to 2.5 LPA initially with potential to increase to 4 LPA after 34 months based on performance. Potential to earn 23 times the monthly salary based on sales performance. Other benefits include PF, ESI, Gratuity, and leave encashment.
