Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Pharmaceutical Analytical Development Specialist or Lead Quality Assurance Analyst - Drug Product and In Process Materials to join our team in [Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year]. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our drug products and in-process materials meet the required standards of quality, purity, and potency.


Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and maintain quality management documents, including SOPs, protocols, and procedures.
  • Conduct method development studies for drug products and in-process materials, including HPLC, dissolution, UV, KF, and IR techniques.
  • Qualify reference standards, working standards, and chemical reference standard samples according to approved procedures.
  • Maintain instrument/equipment as per SOPs, perform calibration, and troubleshoot issues.
  • Prepare study protocols and reports, and ensure proper handling and disposal of waste.
  • Perform other responsibilities assigned by the reporting authority.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A Master's degree in Pharmacy (M.Pharm) with a focus on Quality Assurance.
  • In-depth knowledge of analytical instruments, including HPLC, dissolution, UV, KF, and IR.
  • Excellent analytical and documentation skills, with attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Creative problem-solving and innovative thinking.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong technical and conceptual skills.
