**Responsibilities:**
- This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager Area Sales located in Pune.
- The responsibilities include overseeing sales operations in a designated area, managing a team of sales representatives, developing sales strategies, building relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets.
- The role also involves analyzing market trends, identifying new business opportunities, and contributing to the overall growth and success of the sales department.
Requirements:
- Degree in Science or Engineering
- Sales Management, Business Development, and Account Management skills
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in the scientific research or laboratory equipment industry
- Knowledge of CRM software and sales analytics tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
