About the Role

Collabera is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive - Inside Sales to cultivate opportunities for business development and plan strategies to target potential clients and customers.

The Inside Sales Team is the cornerstone of any successful organization, generating new revenue by acquiring client referrals, network, and web leads. They provide prospective customers with all services offered and additional presentations as needed.

To excel in this role, you must stay up-to-date with current industry trends and maintain good relationships with potential business entrepreneurs.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate sales and customer service activities on clients' accounts
  • Identify, qualify, and secure business opportunities
  • Create a sales pipeline while working on pre-identified accounts
  • Set up meetings with US-based clients via calls and emails
  • Acknowledge incoming telephone calls, emails, letters, and messages, and pass them to the sales representative or account manager to provide a detailed response
  • Build business relationships with current and potential clients
  • Collaborate with clients in the US to secure, retain, and grow accounts
  • Conduct extensive market research on all potential clients
  • Develop customized targeted sales strategies
  • Coordinate business generation activities
  • Answer potential client questions and follow-up call questions
  • Meet or exceed annual sales goals
  • Collaborate with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting
Requirements
  • Be comfortable making calls and talking to new people all day
  • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect, and interact with clients
  • Be persuasive and goal-oriented
  • Possess an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor
  • Be eager to expand the company with new sales, clients, and territories
  • Be self-motivated and self-directed
  • Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
  • Have an in-depth understanding of company services and their position in the industry
  • Be able to work accurately under stress and pressure to meet competing deadlines
  • Have excellent analytical and time-management skills
  • Tenacity to handle rejection and continue with a positive attitude when reaching the next potential client
  • Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)
Salary and Benefits

Estimated salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience
