Job Description:

The Senior Accounting Manager will be responsible for leading the accounting team, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and providing analytical support to management. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the accounting team and mentoring staff members to maximize their strengths and achieve departmental goals.
  • Developing and publishing financial metrics and reporting trends to inform business decisions.
  • Preparing and presenting monthly financial reports, including variance analyses and operational insights.
  • Coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of financial data and processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, with a Master's degree preferred.
  • At least 15 years of experience in managing accounting teams, with 10 years in BPO/KPO/ITES industries.
  • Strong technical skills in popular accounting applications, such as Tally and QuickBooks.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains or Oracle Netsuite is strongly preferred.
  • Advanced Excel knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detail.
