Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Financial Manager to join our team at Integrated Resources, Inc. (IRI) as a US Accounting Manager.

About the Role

  • Manage a team of timesheet and billing specialists, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices and payroll.
  • Prepare and review monthly accruals reports, providing detailed analysis of unapproved hours and taking necessary actions to resolve discrepancies.
  • Coordinate closely with payroll, audit, and assignment teams to ensure seamless collaboration and effective communication.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity within the accounting department.
  • Analyze financial data, identifying trends and areas for cost reduction, and making recommendations to senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, maintaining a strong understanding of accounting principles and standards.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to resolve long-overdue pending hours approvals, minimizing delays and optimizing revenue recognition.

Key Responsibilities

  • Approve payroll adjustments, billing adjustments, and credit notes, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Validate ACH requests for missing pay, addressing any discrepancies or issues promptly.
  • Manage timesheet pay-related issues and escalations, providing exceptional customer service to stakeholders.
  • Review contracts for accounting-related clauses, ensuring compliance and accurately applying contractual terms.
  • Monitor check points for month-end tasks, ensuring timely completion and accuracy.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in accounting, preferably in a leadership role, with a proven track record of managing teams and driving process improvements.
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in QuickBooks and VMS tools, with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and with external partners.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field, with advanced degrees or certifications preferred.

Salary Range

$120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
