Job Title: Chief Financial Officer

Job Summary:

The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is a key member of the executive leadership team responsible for overseeing all financial operations, developing strategies for sustainable growth, and ensuring the financial health of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company's business objectives.
  • Provide strategic recommendations to the CEO and Board of Directors based on financial analysis and projections.
  • Lead the financial planning and analysis (FP&A) function, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
  • Drive the financial strategy for capital allocation, investments, and resource optimization.
  • Oversee all aspects of financial management, including accounting, treasury, tax, risk management, and auditing.
  • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, compliance with local and international regulations, and adherence to GAAP/IFRS standards.
  • Monitor cash flow, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and overall liquidity to support business operations and growth.
  • Manage cost control initiatives, margin improvement programs, and financial efficiencies in manufacturing operations.
  • Develop and maintain internal controls to safeguard the company's assets and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
  • Lead risk management initiatives to identify, evaluate, and mitigate potential financial risks.
  • Ensure compliance with all tax regulations, government policies, and financial reporting requirements.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 10-15 years of financial management experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role (CFO, VP of Finance, etc.).
  • Extensive experience in the manufacturing sector, with a deep understanding of cost structures, inventory management, and supply chain financials.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent financial modeling, analytical, and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Proficient in financial software and ERP systems.
  • Able to manage complex financial operations in a fast-paced environment.
