Job Overview:

The successful candidate will be responsible for processing payment requests, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring timely disbursements. Additionally, they will need to prepare monthly reports and collaborate with the onshore US team to implement process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Update information related to payment disbursement, create and update disbursement worksheets, QSF master sheets, and tracking/query sheets.
  • Maintain the Retro database with 100% accuracy.
  • Generate weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly reports within stipulated timeframes, which will be shared with the Law firm.
  • Collaborate with the accounting and AR teams to resolve discrepancies or queries regarding company fees, payment disbursement, reconciliations, etc.
  • Support data management tasks related to Qualified Settlement Funds' cash inflow and outflow.

Requirements:

  • Graduation degree in Accounting/Commerce, preferably with 2+ years of finance/data management experience, including bank or ledger reconciliation experience.
  • Certification in MS Office, including Outlook, is preferred.
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal, with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment, work collaboratively as part of a team, and adapt to changing requirements.
