Job Description:

This is an exciting opportunity to join Asian Hires as a Team Lead in QSF Accounting.

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled accounting professional to lead our QSF Accounting team. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for supervising accounting and banking operations, maintaining proper documentation, and providing outstanding client service.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and enforce a documented system of accounting policies, procedures, and internal safeguards.
  • Plan, direct, and coordinate all QSF Accounting activities.
  • Evaluate accounting and internal control systems within the QSF Accounting group.
  • Hire, train, and develop a team of accountants performing payments and audits of QSFs.
  • Conduct probation reviews and performance evaluations of team members in line with company policies.
  • Support data migration from QuickBooks to NetSuite in coordination with US counterparts.
  • Develop and publish reporting metrics of KPIs.
  • Understand and adhere to all company policies, including security, trade secrets, and confidentiality of information.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance; Master's degree preferred.
  • 6+ years of professional hands-on accounting experience, including 2+ years of supervisory experience leading a team of 4-5 individuals.
  • Experience with QuickBooks and/or Oracle NetSuite highly preferred.
  • Exposure to other popular accounting applications, such as Tally.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel.
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal, with problem-solving ability.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail.

Compensation:

The estimated annual salary for this position is $100,000 - $120,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
