Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Sales Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will play a crucial role in managing and guiding our sales team to achieve individual and team targets.

Your Responsibilities

  • ">
  • Mentor and develop team members by providing constructive feedback and fostering a collaborative environment.">
  • Ensure smooth operational workflows and address any issues impacting team performance or sales activities.">
  • Coordinate daily sales activities, monitor team metrics, and track progress toward goals.">
  • Assist with lead generation, qualification, and pipeline management, ensuring high-quality client interactions.">
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies in collaboration with our Sales Manager and adapt them to market dynamics.">
  • Represent TranZact's values and uphold a high standard of customer service in all client interactions.">

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • ">
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA graduates preferred).">
  • 3+ years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.">
  • Previous experience in team leadership or a supervisory role within a sales environment is preferred.">
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.">
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong problem-solving capabilities.">
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.">
  • Experience of working in a fast-growing unstructured startup environment.">
  • In-depth experience of market research in SME SaaS-tech or SMB segments is preferred.">
