Key Responsibilities:
  • Data Mining: Responsible for extracting and analyzing customer data to inform sales strategies and improve customer relationships.
  • Data Entry and Maintenance: Accurately enter and maintain customer information in our database, ensuring up-to-date records for sales and marketing teams.
  • Tele Calling: Engage with new and existing customers to generate leads, respond to inquiries, and provide sales support.
  • Sales Support: Assist the sales team with data-driven insights, sales performance tracking, and feedback on sales closures.
  • Order Coordination: Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely order processing, confirmation, and resolution of any issues.
  • Inventory Management: Collaborate with the sales and purchase departments to confirm stock levels, prevent overstocking, and ensure accurate invoicing.
  • Financial Management: Collaborate with the finance team to ensure timely payment clearance and maintain accurate financial records.
