Operations Coordinator

About the Role
Collabera is looking for an Operations Executive to provide financial, administrative, and clerical support to the organization. This role involves processing invoices, issuing payments, and managing the day-to-day activities of the payment cycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Initiate and complete onboarding processes per Collabera, US State & Federal Govt. & Collabera's Clients norms.
- Communicate efficiently with prospective employees about Collabera's policies and US Department of Labour.
- Analyze and verify documents received from prospective employees to confirm true identity, resolve deficiencies and complete onboarding within SLAs.
- Create and maintain a positive employee experience.
- Coordinate with external Vendors - Business Partners, Background Verification agencies, Vendor Management Organizations, Procurement teams.
- Resolve Billing problems including P.O. extensions, invoice rejections, and P.O. budget issues.
- Participate in Collabera internal audits and fix errors.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to call, connect and interact with consultants and Vendors.
- Be persuasive and goal-oriented.
- Able to work accurately under stress and pressure to meet competing deadlines.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel).
