We are seeking a highly skilled Business Co-ordinator to join our team at TalentEdge Recruitment Consultants. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in a similar role and possess excellent communication and coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend to customer inquiries and provide feedback with a customer-centric approach.
  • Manage invoicing, arrange deliveries, and coordinate with the sales team to ensure seamless operations.
  • Follow up on account receivables and communicate with the internal team to resolve any issues.
  • Prepare reports on sales performance and maintain customer data in the system.
  • Utilize computer hardware and software systems, including electronic procurement, database management, and email communication.
  • Develop strong prospecting skills and work knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint software programs.
  • Experience in working with Auto and Electrical products is highly desirable.

Requirements:

  • Advance Excel skills, including Hlookup and Vlookup.
  • Excellent English language skills.
  • CTC: 3.0-3.60 LPA.
