Job Summary:

Sri Sai Overseas Recruitment seeks a highly skilled and detail-oriented Sales Co-ordination Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct data mining of customer details to identify potential sales opportunities.
  • Enter data into the master database and ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Make telephone calls to new leads to generate interest and gather information.
  • Provide sales teams with data on leads and gather feedback on sales closures.
  • Develop and implement a feedback and follow-up mechanism to improve sales performance.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely order confirmation and resolution.
  • Prepare and send invoices to customers in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate with the finance department to ensure prompt payment clearance.
  • Verify stock levels with the sales and purchase departments before invoicing.
  • Generate and send final invoices to logistics for dispatch, and follow up on dispatch status.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of invoices and dispatch status.
  • Produce daily MIS reports to track sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collect timely payments from customers.
