Job Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Specialist at Freviya Healthcare in Ahmedabad. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for inside sales, lead generation, communication with customers, and providing excellent customer service on a day-to-day basis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle client enquiries via calls, emails, and other apps
  • Explain products to clients via online and in-person interactions
  • Follow up and negotiate over price and closing leads
  • Maintain good relations with clients and follow company policies and legacies
  • Develop new relationships to grow business and help the company expand
Requirements
  • Talkative, charming, smart, and possess good convincing skills
  • Good Convincing and Upselling skills
  • Fluency in Gujarati and Hindi language; fluency in English is a plus
  • Familiarity with computers, mobiles, and social media apps
  • Preference for 2-3 years' prior sales or direct sales related experience
  • Strong communication, negotiations, and interpersonal skills
  • Confidence and self-motivation
