We are seeking an experienced Business Development / Sales & Marketing Engineer to join our team at ONESTA Engineering Services Private Limited. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of selling engineering services to OEMs, EPCs, and End Users.

Responsibilities
  • Gather and generate leads to acquire new customers
  • Create and maintain sales funnels to drive business growth
  • Develop and deliver presentations that communicate the value proposition of our engineering services
  • Manage existing customer relationships and upsell business revenue
  • Ensure timely payment of invoices from customers
Requirements
  • Engineering degree with 5-7 years of experience in sales/marketing engineering
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong networking skills in the relevant industry
  • Able to forge long-lasting relationships with senior executives
  • Familiarity with e-tendering and travel as per business needs
