Strategic Sales and Business Development Professional

We are seeking an experienced Business Development / Sales & Marketing Engineer to join our team at ONESTA Engineering Services Private Limited. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of selling engineering services to OEMs, EPCs, and End Users.
About UsONESTA Engineering is an ISO-certified independent organization delivering services for mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and civil systems, equipment, and items.
Responsibilities- Gather and generate leads to acquire new customers
- Create and maintain sales funnels to drive business growth
- Develop and deliver presentations that communicate the value proposition of our engineering services
- Manage existing customer relationships and upsell business revenue
- Ensure timely payment of invoices from customers
- Engineering degree with 5-7 years of experience in sales/marketing engineering
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong networking skills in the relevant industry
- Able to forge long-lasting relationships with senior executives
- Familiarity with e-tendering and travel as per business needs
This role offers a competitive salary range of ₹15,00,000 - ₹25,00,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits including professional growth opportunities, comprehensive training programs, and a supportive work environment.
