Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Sales Director - Business Development Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strong relationships with current and prospective clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate business leads internally and externally through effective sales strategies and techniques.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective clients, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction and retention rates.
  • Cultivate new sales leads to establish business and market opportunities, negotiating offered services to meet client needs.
  • Responsible for overall profitability of the respective branches in the region, leveraging company value proposition to expand the customer base.
  • Manage resource allocation while identifying emerging markets and market shifts, ensuring timely and cost-effective decisions.
  • Responsible for the performance and development of the team, creating and managing the branch's strategic plan to achieve business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain best business practices, driving customer retention and growth through strategic account planning and relationship building.
  • Maintains healthy receivables and monitors level of bad debts, driving both revenue and margin growth across verticals.

Requirements

  • Candidate with 15-20 years of experience in freight forwarding/ISO Tank sales is mandatory.
