Industrial Sales Professional

InPhase Power Technologies is seeking a results-driven Industrial Sales Professional to join our team. This role requires a strong background in industrial electrical systems and the ability to effectively communicate the value of our Power Quality Solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Client Engagement: Travel extensively to meet clients, consultants, distributors, and other key stakeholders, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients in heavy industries, including steel, cement, paper, and electrical consultants.
- Sales and Target Achievement: Achieve and exceed sales targets for Power Quality Solutions by developing and implementing strategic sales plans to expand the customer base.
- Technical Knowledge: Leverage your knowledge of electrical systems, preferably from an industrial background (UPS, Solar Inverters, APFC, Drive), to clearly communicate the technical benefits of our solutions to clients.
- Network Building: Utilize existing network contacts within heavy industries, electrical consultants, distributors, etc., to identify new business opportunities.
- Target-Oriented: Demonstrate a strong orientation towards meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Sales Leadership: Lead regional sales & business development activities, including Customer Visit, Lead Generation, Offer Submission, Techno-commercial discussion, Order Closing, Execution, etc.
- Customer Development: Develop new customers (End clients, consultants, OEM, etc.) through regular communication and relationship management.
- Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with Clients/Distributors/consultants through regular touchpoints, visits, and updates on the latest developments.
- Business Expansion: Identify and develop new business opportunities through partnerships with reliable distributors.
- A minimum qualification in Electrical branch: 5 years for Diploma, 2-3 years for BE/B.Tech.
- Possession of a driving license for 2-wheelers.
- Preference for those from an industrial background (UPS, Solar Inverters, APFC, Drive).
- Competitive salary with performance bonuses and sales incentives.
Estimated Salary: ₹8.5 lakhs - ₹11.5 lakhs per annum. Note that this is an estimate based on industry standards and may vary depending on factors such as location and experience.
