Job Description:

As a key member of the Staffing Solutions team, we are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Development Manager to drive franchise expansion across designated regions. This role requires a proactive and motivated sales professional with extensive experience in franchise development and management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify potential franchise partners in target locations, evaluating them based on company standards and criteria.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve franchise sales targets, conducting market research to understand regional demands and competitive landscapes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing franchise partners, providing ongoing support for their success and alignment with brand standards.
- Oversee initial franchisee onboarding and training programs, ensuring franchisees are well-versed in operational standards, brand guidelines, and sales techniques.

Requirements:

- Strong understanding of franchise business models and experience in franchise sales.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets within deadlines, proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.

Compensation:

The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
