Overview

CIRCOR International, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Sales Director to lead our industrial sales efforts in the Western region of India.

Job Description

This role involves acquiring and developing relationships with existing and prospective customers in the region. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, conducting techno-commercial negotiations, and coordinating with factory and OMC teams for order execution.

The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of experience in industrial product/project sales and possess a Bachelor/Master's degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering. Prior experience in proposal management and application engineering would be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and evaluate new market opportunities through various leads
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales goals and track progress periodically
  • Establish and maintain key customer relationships through tactical Key Account Management approach
  • Responsible for sales goals, metrics, and milestones
Requirements
  • Experience in managing major accounts customers and large contracts
  • Negotiation skills and ability to identify Opportunities
  • Competent writer of business letters, quotations, and proposals
  • Prior experience in proposal management and Application engineering would be an advantage
Salary

Estimated salary range: ₹25 Lakhs - ₹35 Lakhs per annum (dependent on qualifications and experience)
