Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Sales Professional to join our team as an Area Sales Manager at Staffing Solutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales strategy development and implementation, with strong leadership and team management skills. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, analyzing market trends, and building strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. A competitive salary of $95,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for career growth.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the assigned area.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Lead and manage the sales team within the designated area, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, ensuring customer satisfaction through timely issue resolution.
- Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports to senior management.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
