Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager Lead to join our team at Collabera. This role will be responsible for cultivating new business opportunities and developing strategies to target potential clients.

About the Role

This is a key position within our organization, responsible for generating new revenue through client referrals, network, and web leads. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently or as part of a team, and possess a strong understanding of industry trends.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and expansion of existing client base
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across various regions, including USA
  • BUILD LONG-TERM RELATIONSHIPS WITH CLIENTS THROUGH EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION AND PROACTIVE ENGAGEMENT
  • Prospect and conduct face-to-face sales calls with business executives and directors
  • Maintain accurate account information and communicate regularly with account executives
Requirements
  • Comfortable making cold calls and interacting with new people
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to call, connect, and interact with potential customers
  • Persuasive and goal-oriented individual with a positive attitude
  • Energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
  • In-depth understanding of company services and its position in the industry
  • Able to work accurately under stress and pressure to meet competing deadlines
  • Excellent analytical and time-management skills
  • Tenacity to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude when reaching next potential client
  • Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience and location.
