Job Title: Regional Sales Director

We4HR is seeking a seasoned sales professional to spearhead our regional sales efforts and drive revenue growth across the globe.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with the Managing Director to formulate and communicate business growth strategies
  2. Identify new market opportunities and set long-term objectives
  3. Establish and refine processes that drive revenue generation
  4. Implement and oversee sales tactics and initiatives
  5. Standardize processes to ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction
  6. Foster customer loyalty and retention through effective management of the customer experience
  7. Align sales and marketing strategies to maximize return on marketing investments
  8. Promote cross-functional collaboration to optimize revenue generation efforts
  9. Identify target markets and develop services/products to meet their needs
  10. Drive service/product innovation and market expansion
  11. Develop and adjust pricing strategies to optimize revenue and market penetration
  12. Analyze competitive pricing and market trends
  13. Continuously monitor and evaluate revenue streams
  14. Adjust strategies based on performance data and market conditions
  15. Forecast revenue generation and develop actionable plans to meet targets
  16. Conduct strategic planning and set performance metrics
  17. Manage existing sales channels and explore new ones
  18. Develop partnerships and distribution strategies to enhance market reach

Requirements:

  • Results-Oriented: Proven track record of achieving and surpassing sales targets
  • Global Market Awareness: Deep understanding of international markets, including the EU, UK, NA, and APAC regions
  • Leadership and Communication: Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and motivate teams
  • Data-Driven: Proficient in using data to drive decision-making and strategic planning
  • Qualification: Masters in Business Administration, Masters in International Business, PG in Business Administration with Specialization in Sales, Marketing, or International Business
  • International Experience: At least 5-7 years of experience in international markets, including business development, attending conferences, and participating in seminars
