Job Description

In this role as Business Growth Strategist, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expansion through effective sales funnel management. You will own the sales process from lead generation to closure, working closely with a team of designers to achieve sales targets.

">

You will endure sales funnel management to achieve a higher conversion rate output, targeting and achieving 12-15 projects per month by ensuring new project bookings. Your responsibilities will also include customer experience and relationship management, as well as training designers to enable them to achieve their sales targets.

Required Skills and Qualifications

">

To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's qualification in B-Arch, B-Tech, Commerce, or any specialization, along with an MBA. You should have at least 2.5+ years of work experience in business development and growth, as well as 3+ years of experience in B2C sales.
