Akshar Staffing, a leading staffing solutions provider in Houston, Texas, is seeking an experienced Business Development Executive/Manager to drive commercial growth and expand our client base.
About the Role:
We are looking for a highly motivated individual with 1-8 years of experience in sales, negotiation, market research, relationship building, strategic planning, communication, lead generation, and customer relationship management. As a Business Development Executive/Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive business growth, identifying new business opportunities and partnerships, conducting market research, and building strong relationships with clients and partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships
- Conduct market research to understand trends and competition
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
- Create and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets
- Generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities
- Manage customer relationships efficiently
What We Offer:
We offer a competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, plus additional benefits and opportunities for career advancement.
Requirements:
- 1-8 years of experience in sales, negotiation, market research, relationship building, strategic planning, communication, lead generation, and customer relationship management
- Experience working in US staffing is a plus
