Job Overview

The Brick Store - Jay Jalaram Brick Works is seeking an experienced Business Growth Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development through strategic planning, relationship building, and execution.

About the Role

This is a full-time position that requires a strong understanding of sales principles, marketing strategies, and customer relationship management. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in business development, with a minimum of 4 years' experience in a similar role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop New Business Opportunities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, and networking.
  • Build and Maintain Relationships: Foster strong relationships with clients, architects, and other stakeholders to drive long-term business growth.
  • Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives, including developing sales presentations, participating in meetings, and providing excellent customer service.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, leads, and sales activities to inform business decisions.
  • Travel and Representation: Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and customer sites as required.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education: Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Experience: A minimum of 4 years' experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
    • Strong business acumen and sales strategy development skills.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

Salary and Benefits:

The salary for this position is approximately $80,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
