Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Inventory Systems Specialist to join our team at VNC Global Business Edge Pvt Ltd. As an Inventory Systems Specialist, you will be responsible for implementing and integrating inventory management systems and accounting platforms, ensuring accurate inventory valuation and control.

Key Responsibilities:

* Collaborate with the Project Manager to ensure successful system implementations and process optimization.
* Communicate with clients to understand business needs and provide tailored solutions for process improvements and best practices.
* Analyze financial data from inventory and accounting systems, preparing accurate financial statements and reports.
* Mentor and manage the internal team on system usage and resolving client issues.
* Provide training to clients on new systems and the best operational practices.

Requirements:

* CMA or CA (Preferred) with Advanced Inventory skills and Tools knowledge.
* Advanced accounting, inventory management, and financial statement preparation.
* Proficiency in accounting software and financial systems.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
* Knowledge of relevant financial regulations and standards.
* Knowledge of using accounting software - Xero / QBO / Sage / Business Central.
* Expertise in inventory management systems – (Cin7 / Business Central).
* Experience with systems implementation and Integrations.
* Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
* Detail-oriented and highly organized.
