Innovatily is a leading innovator in the IT services industry, and we are seeking an experienced Global Marketing Strategist to drive our brand presence and revenue growth on a global scale.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in global markets, with a deep understanding of international markets, consumer behavior, and cultural sensitivity. This role requires strong strategic thinking, leadership, and project management skills, as well as proficiency in digital marketing channels such as SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.

We estimate that the salary for this position will be around $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing global marketing strategies that align with our company's overall objectives.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Conducting comprehensive market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscapes in various global markets;
  • Developing and executing global marketing strategies tailored to different regions and markets, considering cultural differences and market nuances;
  • Creating detailed marketing plans and budgets for each market, taking into account market-specific factors;
  • Managing the brand's global image and ensuring it resonates with the target audience in diverse regions;
  • Developing and implementing product marketing strategies that cater to global market needs and demands;
  • Overseeing the creation of compelling and culturally sensitive marketing content, including digital, print, and multimedia materials;
  • Planning and executing global marketing campaigns that engage and convert customers across various regions;
  • Utilizing digital marketing channels to reach and engage a global audience, monitoring and analyzing campaign performance, and optimizing strategies accordingly;
  • Identifying new market opportunities and developing market entry strategies, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful market launches and expansions;
  • Managing marketing budgets efficiently, allocating resources effectively to achieve ROI goals, establishing KPIs and performance metrics, and regularly analyzing and reporting on marketing activities;
  • Leading and mentoring a team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment;
  • Staying informed about international marketing regulations and compliance requirements, ensuring all marketing materials and activities adhere to global legal and ethical standards.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, with an MBA being a plus;
  • Proven experience of at least 10 years in the field of marketing in the IT services industry, with at least 7 years as a Marketing Manager in a global marketing role;
  • In-depth knowledge of global markets, consumer behavior, and cultural sensitivity;
  • Strong strategic thinking, leadership, and project management skills;
  • Proficiency in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions;
  • Multilingual abilities or international market expertise being a plus.
