At Staffing Solutions, we are seeking a highly skilled Regional Business Development Director to drive our franchise expansion strategy across designated regions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in franchise development and management, with a strong understanding of business models and sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential franchise partners in target locations and evaluate them based on company standards and criteria.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve franchise sales targets and conduct market research to understand regional demands and competitive landscape.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing franchise partners, providing ongoing support to ensure franchisee success and alignment with brand standards.

As a member of our team, you will oversee initial franchisee onboarding and training programs, ensuring franchisees are well-versed in operational standards, brand guidelines, and sales techniques. You will also monitor franchise performance, providing insights and actionable recommendations, and regularly report on sales metrics, pipeline status, and market feedback.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of franchise business models and experience in franchise sales.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve targets within deadlines.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
