Job Description:

Franchise Expansion Strategy: As a Regional Sales Director, you will play a crucial role in driving the franchise expansion strategy across designated regions. This involves identifying potential franchise partners, evaluating prospects based on company standards and criteria, and initiating and managing negotiations to ensure favorable outcomes for both the company and franchisees.

Sales Strategy and Execution: You will develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve franchise sales targets, conduct market research to understand regional demands and competitive landscape, and build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing franchise partners.

Training and Development: You will oversee initial franchisee onboarding and training programs, ensuring franchisees are well-versed in operational standards, brand guidelines, and sales techniques.

Performance Tracking and Reporting: You will monitor franchise performance, providing insights and actionable recommendations, and regularly report on sales metrics, pipeline status, and market feedback.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of franchise business models and experience in franchise sales.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve targets within deadlines.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
