Role Overview

As a Territory Sales Manager at Meril, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing sales and business for your territory.

You will plan activities, supporting customers in using company resources and promotional activities as identified by our Sales strategies.

Your responsibilities include connecting and engaging with top Surgeons and KOL's, conducting market research to identify selling possibilities, evaluating customer needs, and ensuring stock availability for sales and demonstrations.

Key Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • A B.Sc/BA or Pharma graduate / Post Graduation degree
  • Proven experience in a Sales/KOL Management, preferably within the medical device industry
  • Strong leadership skills, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in interpreting market trends and customer behavior
Estimated Salary Range

Rupees 8-12 Lakhs per annum, depending on your location and qualifications.
