Franchise Sales Growth Manager

Staffing Solutions is seeking a Franchise Sales Growth Manager to join our team and drive our franchise expansion strategy across designated regions. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and evaluating potential franchise partners, developing and implementing sales strategies, and building strong relationships with franchise partners.
Job Description:
- Franchise Development: Identify potential franchise partners, evaluate them based on company standards and criteria, and initiate negotiations to secure new franchises.
- Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve franchise sales targets, conduct market research to understand regional demands and competitive landscape, and analyze sales data to optimize sales performance.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing franchise partners, providing ongoing support to ensure franchisee success and alignment with brand standards.
As a Franchise Sales Growth Manager, you will also oversee initial franchisee onboarding and training programs, monitor franchise performance, and provide regular reports on sales metrics, pipeline status, and market feedback. We offer a competitive salary of $150,000 - $220,000 per year, depending on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.

- Ability to work independently and achieve targets within deadlines.
