Expansion Strategy Leader

We are seeking an Expansion Strategy Leader to join our team and drive our franchise expansion strategy across designated regions. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to achieve franchise growth, analyzing market trends and competitor activity, and identifying opportunities to expand our franchise footprint.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve franchise growth, including market research, competitor analysis, and sales strategy development.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities to expand our franchise footprint.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing franchise partners, providing ongoing support to ensure franchisee success and alignment with brand standards.
As an Expansion Strategy Leader, you will also oversee initial franchisee onboarding and training programs, monitor franchise performance, and provide regular reports on sales metrics, pipeline status, and market feedback. We offer a competitive salary of $160,000 - $240,000 per year, depending on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of franchise business models and experience in franchise sales.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets within deadlines.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
