Responsibilities:

- Manage initial franchisee onboarding and training programs, ensuring franchisees are equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in franchise sales and development, with a strong understanding of franchise business models.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work independently and achieve targets within deadlines.
Compensation:
The estimated salary for this position is $150,000 - $220,000 per annum, depending on experience.
