About the Position

We are seeking a skilled sales leader to join our team as a Sales Area Leader at Staffing Solutions. In this critical role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, leading and managing the sales team, and driving revenue growth.

Key Accountabilities
  1. Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the assigned area.
  2. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  3. Lead and manage the sales team within the designated area, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  4. Conduct regular training and mentoring to enhance team performance and product knowledge.
  5. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  6. Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
Essential Qualifications
  • Proven track record in sales, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
