Area Revenue Growth Leader

Job Description:
The Area Sales Manager plays a critical role in driving revenue growth and leading the sales team at Staffing Solutions. As a seasoned sales professional, you will develop and implement effective sales strategies, analyze market trends, and build strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. You will also lead the sales team, ensure customer satisfaction, and prepare sales forecasts and reports for senior management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive revenue growth through effective sales strategies and tactics.
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve company goals.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through timely issue resolution.
- Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports to senior management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
Compensation:
A competitive salary of $90,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for career growth.
