About the Role

This is a full-time on-site position for a Senior Sales Manager at 10 Fingers Solutions Pvt Ltd. The Senior Sales Manager will lead the sales team, develop sales strategies, build client relationships, achieve sales targets, and contribute to business growth.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the sales team to achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Experience in setting and achieving sales targets is required.
Requirements
  • Must have a good experience in working with Government and in E-Governance.
  • Sales Strategy Development, Relationship Building, and Team Leadership skills are essential.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills are necessary.
  • Knowledge of document management solutions or related technology is required.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities are essential.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field is required.
  • Previous experience in a senior sales role is preferred.
