Business Development Representative

We are looking for a highly skilled Business Development Representative to join our team at Collabera. As an Inside Sales Executive, you will be responsible for cultivating opportunities for the development of the business and planning strategies to target potential clients and customers.
About the RoleAs a Business Development Representative, you will be the cornerstone of any successful organization, generating new revenue by getting client business referrals, network, and web leads. You will provide prospective customers/clients with all services offered, and additional presentations as needed. Therefore, they need to upgrade themselves regularly with current industry trends and maintain good relations with potential business entrepreneurs.
You will be responsible for coordinating activities related to sales and customer service on clients' accounts, identifying, qualifying, and securing business opportunities, creating a sales pipeline while working on pre-identified accounts, setting up meetings with US-based clients via calls and emails, acknowledging incoming telephone calls, emails, letters, and messages, and passing it to the sales representative or account manager to provide a detailed response.
You will also be building business relationships with current and potential clients, collaborating with clients in the US to secure, retain, and grow accounts, doing extensive market research on all potential clients, developing customized targeted sales strategies, coordinating business generation activities, answering potential client questions and follow-up call questions, meeting or exceeding annual sales goals, and collaborating with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting.

- Excellent analytical and time-management skills.
- Tenacity to handle rejection and continue with a positive attitude when reaching the next potential client.
- Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel).
The estimated salary range for this role is between $60,000 and $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
Bonus Points If- Experience with lead generation and prospect management.
- Cold calling experience; Previous experience as an inside sales representative, or related sales experience.
- Able to communicate with C-Level Executives professionally.
