US Sales Representative

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our team at Collabera. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for cultivating business opportunities, developing strategies to target potential clients, and maintaining good relationships with potential entrepreneurs.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate activities related to sales and customer service on clients' accounts
- Identify, qualify, and secure business opportunities
- Create a sales pipeline while working on pre-identified accounts
- Set up meetings with US-based clients via calls and Emails
- Acknowledge incoming telephone calls, emails, letters, and messages, and pass it to the sales representative or account manager to provide a detailed response
- Build business relationships with current and potential clients
- Collaborate with clients in the US to secure, retain, and grow accounts
- Do extensive market research on all potential clients
- Develop customized targeted sales strategies
- Coordinate business generation activities
- Answer potential client questions and follow-up call questions
- Meet or exceed annual sales goals
- Collaborate with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting
Requirements:
- Be comfortable making calls and talking to new people all-day
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect and interact with clients
- Be persuasive and goal-oriented
- Possess an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor
- Eager to expand the company with new sales, clients, and territories
- Be self-motivated and self-directed
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
- Have in-depth understanding of company services and their position in the industry
- Able to work accurately under stress and pressure to meet competing deadlines
- Excellent analytical and time-management skills
- Tenacity to handle rejection and continue with a positive attitude when reaching the next potential client
- Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)
Estimated Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience and performance.
