Collabera is a leading company that requires an experienced Business Development Representative to cultivate new business opportunities and plan strategies to target potential clients. This role is crucial for the growth of the organization as it generates new revenue through client referrals, network, and web leads.

Responsibilities include coordinating sales and customer service activities on clients' accounts, identifying, qualifying, and securing business opportunities, creating a sales pipeline while working on pre-identified accounts, setting up meetings with US-based clients via calls and emails, and acknowledging incoming communication and passing it to the sales representative or account manager.

This position also involves building business relationships with current and potential clients, collaborating with clients in the US to secure, retain, and grow accounts, conducting extensive market research on all potential clients, developing customized targeted sales strategies, coordinating business generation activities, and answering potential client questions and follow-up call questions.

To succeed in this role, you will need to be comfortable making calls and talking to new people all-day, possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, be persuasive and goal-oriented, have an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor, and be self-motivated and self-directed.

You should also have an in-depth understanding of company services and their position in the industry, be able to work accurately under stress and pressure to meet competing deadlines, and have strong analytical and time-management skills. Additionally, you should be tenacious in handling rejection and maintain a positive attitude when reaching the next potential client.

The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 per year based on national averages for similar positions in the United States, considering factors such as job requirements, location, and industry standards. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in lead generation and prospect management, cold calling experience, and the ability to communicate with C-Level Executives professionally.
