About the Role

Collabera is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Growth Specialist to join our team in Vadodara, Gujarat. As an Account Growth Specialist, you will play a critical role in cultivating opportunities for business development and planning strategies to target potential clients and customers.

The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, be persuasive and goal-oriented, possess an energetic and outgoing personality, and be eager to expand the company's sales, clients, and territories.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate activities related to sales and customer service on clients' accounts.
  • Identify, qualify, and secure business opportunities.
  • Create a sales pipeline while working on pre-identified accounts.
  • Set up meetings with US-based clients via calls and emails.
  • Acknowledge incoming telephone calls, emails, letters, and messages, and pass them to the sales representative or account manager to provide a detailed response.
  • Build business relationships with current and potential clients.
  • Collaborate with clients in the US to secure, retain, and grow accounts.
  • Conduct extensive market research on all potential clients.
  • Develop customized targeted sales strategies.
  • Coordinate business generation activities.
  • Answer potential client questions and follow-up call questions.
  • Meet or exceed annual sales goals.

  • Be comfortable making calls and talking to new people throughout the day.
  • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to call, connect, and interact with clients.
  • Show persuasiveness and goal-oriented approach.
  • Have an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor.
  • Show eagerness to expand the company's sales, clients, and territories.
  • Be self-motivated and self-directed.
  • Be able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
  • Hold an in-depth understanding of company services and their position in the industry.
  • Be able to work accurately under stress and pressure to meet competing deadlines.
  • Demonstrate excellent analytical and time-management skills.
  • Have tenacity to handle rejection and continue with a positive attitude when reaching the next potential client.
  • Show ability to work independently or as an active member of a team.
  • Display strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel).
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with lead generation and prospect management.
  • Cold calling experience; previous experience as an inside sales representative, or related sales experience.
  • Ability to communicate with C-Level Executives professionally.
Salary Information

We offer an attractive salary range of ₹700,000 - ₹1,200,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
