About the Role

We are looking for an Inside Sales Executive to cultivate opportunities for business development and create strategies to target potential clients. This role is crucial as it generates new revenue through client referrals, networks, and web leads.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate sales and customer service activities on clients' accounts
  • Identify, qualify, and secure business opportunities
  • Create a sales pipeline while working on pre-identified accounts
  • Set up meetings with US-based clients via calls and emails
  • Acknowledge incoming communication and pass it to the sales representative or account manager
  • Build business relationships with current and potential clients
  • Collaborate with clients in the US to secure, retain, and grow accounts
  • Conduct market research on potential clients
  • Develop customized targeted sales strategies
  • Coordinate business generation activities
  • Answer client questions and follow-up call questions
Requirements

  • Tenacity to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum
