Business Development Representative

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Representative to join our team at Collabera. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for cultivating new business opportunities and planning strategies to target potential clients.
Job Responsibilities- Identify and qualify new business leads
- Create a sales pipeline by working on pre-identified accounts
- Establish relationships with current and potential clients in the US
- Develop customized sales strategies to meet client needs
- Coordinate business generation activities
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Persuasive and goal-oriented
- Able to multitask and manage time efficiently
- In-depth understanding of company services and their position in the industry
- Strong analytical and time-management skills
- Experience with lead generation and prospect management
- Cold calling experience or previous experience as an inside sales representative
- Ability to communicate with C-Level Executives professionally
