Job Title: Territory Business Development Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated Territory Business Development Lead to join our team at DriveX. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and customer satisfaction through effective dealership enablement, coaching, and market intelligence gathering.

This is a full-time position based in [location]. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the retail industry and be able to plan and achieve sales targets in assigned territories.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute plans to achieve retail targets in assigned authorized franchises.
  • Ensure adherence to company norms and guidelines, including 100% VAS at AFs.
  • Identify and develop opportunities to increase network representation within assigned territories.
  • Train dealership procurement and sales teams for better productivity and target achievement.
  • Conduct monthly NVD, Broker & PGMs meetings at dealerships to motivate them to supply vehicles.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in sales or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary of $100,000 - $130,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits and a performance-based bonus scheme.
