Key Accounts Business Development Lead

About the Role: As a Key Accounts Business Development Lead at XHire, you will be responsible for managing our most valuable accounts in designated territories. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth, build strong relationships with customers, and identify new business opportunities.
Compensation: We offer an attractive annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $105,000, based on experience and location, to lead our sales efforts in this critical role.
Main Responsibilities:
- Strategically manage key and priority accounts within assigned territories.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and distribution teams to achieve sales targets and grow revenue.
- Build strong relationships with customers, distributors, and partners to drive business growth and expansion.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase market share and revenue.
- Participate in partnership programs and develop strategies to drive business success in the territory.
- Prior relevant experience in the optical industry or FMCG/FMCD in sales is mandatory.
