**Job Description**

We are seeking a highly skilled sales professional to join our team as a Key Account Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for managing existing key accounts, developing new business opportunities, and driving sales growth in the resin flooring market.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of the South India market and its customers. They should possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:**

  • Manage existing key accounts, including commercial and infrastructure companies.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve product sales objectives (by value, products, and segments) for the region.
  • Collaborate with technical partners and internal teams to drive sales growth and improve product offerings.
  • Identify new business opportunities, untapped geographies, and convert non-customers to customers.

Skills and Qualifications:**

  • At least 10 years of experience in sales, preferably in the resin flooring or industrial coating industry.
  • Strong understanding of the South India market, including customer needs and decision-making processes.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively with key accounts and channel partners.
  • Basic knowledge of IT and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
