Key Account Specialist

Pidilite Industries seeks a highly skilled Key Account Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with key customers, driving sales growth, and managing market development activities.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging your network and expertise to drive sales growth.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve product sales objectives, focusing on value, products, and segments.
- Collaborate with technical partners, applicators, key accounts, and other direct customers to drive order generation and manage order pipelines.
To succeed in this role, you must have:
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in sales, preferably in resin flooring or industrial coating.
- Proven track record of success in key account management and business development.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as proficiency in handling projects and basic IT knowledge.
- Familiarity with Pidilite Industries' products and services.
We offer a competitive salary package, estimated to be around ₹1,400,000 - ₹1,800,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
